'The Veal Pen'

Jane Hamsher does the best job I can remember in describing the mentality of the modern-day so-called liberal establishment in Washington, D.C. Neoliberalism. With this attitude, strong liberal institutions don't exist, can't follow through on anything and are ultimately toothless against the GOP's slander and bigotry. Our progressive leaders refuse to fight. They are all show. They're only liberals when it doesn't really matter. Cafeteria liberals, you might say. That's quite an honest image. (The "Veal Pen"? Ouch.)

Well, someone prove us wrong.
